Returns, Replacements & Cancellation Policy

Replacements

We offer replacements only for manufacturing defects.

 

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must raise a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at play@theloggerheads.com. Please include your order details, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.

 

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

 

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for any products purchased through our website.

 

Order Cancellation

We do not generally entertain order cancellations. However, if an order needs to be cancelled under exceptional circumstances, the cancellation request must be submitted before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to purchases made through this website shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
